Terms of Service – Stone Key Building Co.

These Terms of Service govern all work performed by Stone Key Building Co. By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or submitting payment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Work

All work is limited to the specific scope outlined in the approved estimate or invoice. Any additional work requested will be quoted and approved separately.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are valid for 30 days. Pricing may change after this period due to material costs, availability, or scope adjustments.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

Small jobs ($200–$1,000): No deposit required
Mid-size jobs ($1,000–$5,000): 30% deposit required
Larger jobs ($5,000+): 50% deposit required, with 25% due midway and 25% due upon completion

Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Materials

Unless otherwise stated, materials are either:

Provided by the homeowner, or
Supplied by Stone Key Building Co. and billed accordingly

Material costs may vary based on availability and supplier pricing.

5. Scheduling

Project scheduling is based on availability and may be affected by weather, material delays, or unforeseen conditions. We make every effort to stay on schedule but do not guarantee specific completion dates.

6. Access to Property

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.

7. Change Orders

Any changes to the original scope must be approved before work continues and may result in additional costs and time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stone Key Building Co. is not responsible for:

Pre-existing conditions
Hidden damage discovered during work
Issues outside the agreed scope of work

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Warranty

Work is performed to professional standards. Any warranty or service adjustments are limited to the original scope of work and must be requested promptly.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By approving work or making payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service. text here
